LMFA spectator code of conduct
No spectators are allowed on the turf, or on the bench area of any team.
No abusive language, profanity, or harassment is permitted toward any game official, league official (including timers) coach, or player, Referees can and will enforce penalties (15 yards) against any team whose spectators are in violation of the code of conduct.
The officials can and will also eject from the park anyone violating this policy and the league will follow up with possible season long bans for offenders.
LMFA Team Photo Days
Team Photos will be taken at Citywide on either Sept 15 or Sept 22 (see the schedule below). As well, the order form and all the details you need are listed here.
Few important points:
1 – Everyone gets a free digital photo, even if they do not order anything.
2 – In order to be composited into the photo, the player or a coach should fill out the form (if a coach works with few teams, they will need to fill out one form for each team) and check in with the salesperson before going to have their photo taken.
3 – Order form can be found here https://www.captureitmedia.ca/lmfa/
4 – If a player misses their photo day (sick or away on vacation), they can come on a different time/date (it is an exception, but we encourage you to stick to your team timeslot if possible).
5 – If a family orders a Buddy shot (siblings/parents), the whole group should be photographed together at the same time. It is ok if one player will be in the wrong timeslot if they are a part of Buddy shot.
6 – If parents can’t attend the Photo Day with their child, they can pre-fill an order form and send e-transfer in advance, then send the order form with their child to give to the photographer (any questions in advance of the day can be emailed to info@captureitmedia.ca)
7 – Players should wear their regular game gear, bring their gloves and helmet if they want to take photos in those. In the package options with two poses we suggest players to bring their helmet. Photographer will make a final decision what will look the best at the composite.
8 – We always ask kids to smile for their photo. If you want your player not to smile, please make a note on the order form. Sometimes older players do not want to smile and want to look cool. We always respect their wishes.
